One Reason why we climb the Majestic Arayat. Sa mga umaakyat po. magkalat lang kayo huh?! may taga pulot naman kayo eh!!!
Hello. I am back from heart pumping, adrenaline rush visit to the land of good old cooking and of course, hehehe saan pa, sa lugar kung saan nagkalat ang Mestiza. haaaay... mekeni abe!!! Pampanga! As usual. hindi naman talaga natuloy ang IT namin. sssshhhh... wag kayo maingay. ginawa ko lang yung IT para sa reference ng KASAKA hehehe. pero pag dating sa Magalang pampanga. wala nang I.T.-I.T. hek hek hek.
Climb to MT. Arayat via Magalang trail is a walk in the park for most Climbers. but for some, itatanong mo sa sarili mo bakit ba kasi napasama-sama ka pa sa akyatan samantalang ang sarap sana ng buhay mo sa inyo. it's like more than an hour incline walk expose to the sun completely, after that another couple hour trekking to a forest infested by giant mosquitoes. leg cramping climb ahead plus occasional rain because it is a rain forest. but after seing humongous rocks and wild orchids, number of butterflies species you don't see somewhere else. a laugh with friends and trading jokes with climbers you met the first time plus, big smiles, hugs and shake hands from the climbers you see once again that you've met from old climbs, you will be convince it is worth the trade.
anyways, walang masyadong korning jokes today here in this post. hehehe. just wanted to share to you guys some pictures. plus, thanks to 32nd Mobile Group (PNP). a bro.in Christ who gave us a ride on the way to the Magalang Market. local folks, and friends who make it possible.
Laki ng Tiyan ko.:-) taking 5 min. rest. inside the forest.
Few more minutes before the summit. Push!
Approaching the summit. yeah, there is no problem with the cam, the place is covered with fog.
At the back, Arayat 2nd Peak.
Me and my friend goofing around.
Break Camp.
All set for a quick descend.:-)
Bro. in Christ who gave us a ride. they have a cool church.
